Painted toes gently tapped the water's surface as bronzed legs swung back and forth from the dock's edge. A light sigh was soon expired from her slightly dry throat. Blue green eyes gazed out over the water's horizon, the setting sun glimmering to give out the perfect glowing orange luminance. She couldn't help but feel displaced among the world. Her life just seemed so twirled full of different angles and views. But there were many ways to look at it. Maybe it was good to be the new girl here. Where no one knew her or anything about her. Smirking, she mindlessly tossed a nearby twig into the water, silently watching the ripples form on the surface, gradually rolling over her freely hung toes.
